About the CPLP Designation

Have you considered elevating your talents and skills by becoming a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)?

Based on the Association for Talent Development (ATD) competency model, the CPLP is an esteemed credential provided to talent development professionals who successfully complete the requirements. The preparation is an intense process that takes several months and has many benefits:

 CPLP Study Group

Having a support system during your preparation can be extremely beneficial for your success. The ATD Valley of the Sun Chapter (ATD VOS) is partnering with several other chapters to offer a virtual study group.

The study group is free to members of the ATD-VOS chapter.

Once you decide to proceed, knowing where to find resources is valuable while you are in the process of preparing for the certification.

Click here to access the national ATD CPLP site. From that site, you’ll find everything you need to complete the process.

One of the resources available is an interactive guide that will help you assess your skills, create a study plan, prepare for your exams and complete the test.

Order study materials

When ordering your learning system from ATD, please include the code CH8062 which will provide a credit to the Valley of the Sun chapter. This code can be used for all books, materials or workshops you purchase from the national ATD site.
