"How Change Intelligence Empowers You
to Lead Organizational Change"
Change Intelligence Applied:
What You're Hearing, Learning and Practicing
Our effectiveness, impact and overall success hinges on our ability to lead successful and sustainable change, whether individually or with a team. On April 18th and 19th, Barbara A. Trautlein, Ph.D. of Change Catalysts and author of the best-selling book “Change Intelligence” introduced AZODN to her CQ system for developing change intelligent leaders and organizations. It was a fascinating concept that we thought deserved more of our attention.
Whether you attended the seminar or not, come join us for a lively discussion on change intelligence.
First, we will review the CQ System for Developing Change Intelligence and the various leadership styles as a quick refresher, or to get newcomers up to speed.
Then, over some appetizers (provided) and your (self-acquired) beverage of choice we will encourage some informal, small-group networking and discussion around various concepts and questions, such as:
- Personal & Organizational Application - Looking at the strengths and blind spots of your Change Leadership Style (Head, Heart, Hands), what opportunities for personal change have you identified? What can you work on to improve your effectiveness? What hints and tips might you gain from others?
- Relationships & Influence - Give and receive coaching feedback from your fellow “Change Leaders” to learn how to flex your approach to enhance relationships and get results. How can you reframe resistance from enemy to ally knowing the various change leadership styles?
- Related Resources & Emerging Models - What other change related resources and theories have you found helpful? Less so? What’s new in this field that you found interesting?
Join AZODN for a great discussion with your peers, keep your network current, and learn something new!
